How Local Delivery Works

• Our team delivers directly from our depot

• We place your logs neatly on your property (driveway, garage, or another accessible area) or neatly stack them for you if requested.

National Delivery (UK-Wide)

We deliver our firewood to most locations across the UK using a trusted pallet courier service.

Areas Covered

Delivery is available nationally excluding Oxfordshire, Hampshire & Berkshire
(these areas are served by our Local Delivery team).

Delivery Timeframe

2–4 working days from dispatch

You will receive tracking details once your pallet has been collected

How National Delivery Works

• Orders are shipped on a secure pallet

• The courier will deliver to the nearest safe and accessible point

• Please ensure there is flat, safe ground for the pallet truck
